you and i will work together: first: contact me about your tattoo idea. you and i both want to be a good match for the other- your design idea and my style need to have some compatibility. from there we'll schedule a consultation- i do not charge for consultations. during our meeting i'll ask you to share with me your ideas, and, if applicable, any references- specific images or objects- that you may have brought along with you. please don't feel shy about being specific with your ideas- i want you to be satisfied with the drawing i do for you. so, the more information i have about your vision, the better i can create your design. at the end of our consultation- when you feel sure that all pertinent information has been passed onto me- i'll ask you for a $150 cash deposit. then i'll set up a date to email you some images of preliminary sketches. next i'll get to work drawing up your tattoo. if you are happy with the drawings i've done, you and i will schedule one or more tattoo appointments. if there are changes you'd like me to make, additions or subtractions, i'll be happy to do so until you're satisfied with the image so long as it remains within the original concept you and i discussed during our initial consultation. If you would like to make large changes or deviate from the original ideas we discussed during our consultation I may request that you make a second deposit or pay an hourly drawing fee of $50/hour. all of my drawings are custom created for each client which means that your design will never be used in another person's tattoo. my clients commonly want to know how long the tattoo will take and how much it will cost. my rates are $150 for the first hour of each session and $120 per hour after. how long a piece takes depends on how big and detailed the tattoo is. unfortunately i've found that providing accurate estimates to be very diffucult and nearly impossible, for larger pieces, most clients budget for ongoing sessions- during our consultation we can discuss a schedule that works with your budget. the cost of each session is based on the actual hours of time spent tattooing. if you have any questions, please email me... |
